Terms of service

1. Site usage

When using our site, both for exchanging or just visiting, you are bound to these terms or service agreement, even if not actively agreed to these terms.

2. Site functions

1. You agree to not cause any harm / disservice to the site, the site's servers and the site's database
2. You understand that any information displayed on the site (including, but not limited to cryptocurrency or fiat currencyes rates and prices) is provided as-is and is not to be considered as fully accurate / immaculate.
2.1. You agree that you shall never present such information shown on the site as a proof in a court of law

3. KYC policy

1. We will never ask you, directly or undirectly, for any personal identification (included, but not limited to: id, passport, driving license, proof of address)
2. In the event of an official law enforcement request, specifically asking us to ask you to provide any personal identification will be followed with a full deletion of your user account and transaction history
3. We will never ask you for any source of funds documentation, but by using our site you confirm that all your funds are obtained through legal means and are not an attempt to exade taxation in your local jurisdiction
4. We don't do any IP address geo blocking, however by using our site you confirm that you are not a 'US-Person' nor a 'PEP (politically exposed person)'. You also confirm that you are not using our service from any sanctioned country (such as Russia or Belarus) nor from any country where the usage of our service will be illegal or not allowed by the currenct applicable law

4. Information request

1. We might, at any moment, ask you to provide any kind of information (excluded information presented in point 3) via email and you must, within 4(four) business days, answer and provide the asked information. Failure to provide such information will result in a permanent ban and offboarding from the platform and any related services.
1.1. You can, at any given time, refuse to provide such information. The consequence is a permanent ban from the platform and an immediate offboarding.
2. You can request an extension of the timeframe provided to provide requested information, but our support team can decide, at its own discrection, to apply a temporary ban until information is provided
3. During the initial timeframe, the withdrawal of funds will be allowed and will be solecited

5. Permanent ban

1. A permanent ban is the worst possible punishment that can be received in the platform and it is attuated by putting all your 'balances' in the wallet at -10000 (negative ten thousand). Any crypto / fiat deposited after a permanent ban will be considered a donation to our site and cannot, in any way, be refunded.
2. This restriction cannot be lifted

6. Temporary ban

1. A temporary ban is a punishment that can be received in the platform and it is attuated by putting all your 'balances' in the wallet, temporarily, at -10000 (negative ten thousand). Any crypto / fiat deposited after a temporary ban will be kept on hold until the lifting of such a restriction.
2. This restriction will be lifted after the expiration date, provided alongside of the communication, passes.

7. Restrictions

1. Any restriction in the site can be either communicated to the user using the appropriate channels, or can also be attuated without notifying the user

8. Limitation of liability / responsibility

1. We are not, in any way or mean, liable / responsible for any action, event or consequence that happened and was, or was not, caused by the usage of our service
2. By using our services, you void your right to sue us for any consequence caused by our site, or not caused by our site
3. Any information on the site is provided as-is, and is not to be considered as perfect and without errors. Any information is also not to be considered financial advice of any kind. Investments in cryptocurrencies are dangerous and can cause money loss. Your investment might lose 100% of the value you invested because of the volatility of such markets

9. Law enforcement requests

1. Law enforcement can, in any given time, make an official request (subpoena) contacting our email address info@yourcryptopal.com. The estimated response time for such enquiries varies from 3-5 business years. Urgent requests (containing "URGENT" in the subject), will be answered within 3 business years. We also reserve the right to refuse to modify, in any way, our site's internal architecture in order to favor information harvesting. All information provided, as is provided as-is, and is not guaranteed to not contain any error, cannot be used in a court of law as evidence.

10. Updates to these terms

1. It's your responsiblity to check eventual changes in these terms. We will not notify you in any way

11. Deposit / withdrawals / conversions / transactions policy

1. You agree to the rules provided at the moment of the transaction, and understand that any violation of these rules might cause a loss of funds or even a permanent ban.

12. Paypal FF Deposit terms

1. Not respecting the following terms can cause money loss. In the event of a wrongly made payment, a refund is not guaranteed.
2. Payments are only to be made using "Friends and family" option, to the email provided at the time of the deposit.
3. Payments are to be made within 15(fifteen) minutes within the deposit order is open.
4. Payments are only to be made using credit/debit card or paypal balance. Payments from banks are forbidden.
5. Payments are only to be made of the exact amount for which the deposit was open.
6. In some cases, if an error in the payment was made, it is possible to solve the issue manually via support. Please note that fees might be applied for the inconvenience.

13. General Deposit terms

1. You are forbidden to chargeback or refund the transaction in any way after the deposit is completed.
2. Any attempt at this will result in an immediate permanent ban of your account.
3. It is forbidden to use stolen or hacked bank accounts / cards / paypal to make a deposit. Only legitimate funds are accepted.
4. It is allowed to receive third party payments in your deposits, but solely for legitimate business use and with prior contact to our support team.

13. General Convert terms

1. The prices and rates provided at the time of converting might be sligtly wrong due to the time interval present between 2 price updates.
2. It is also possible that the price updates source will provide a wrong data, and therefore cause a price error. We are not responsible for this and the previous point.

14. General Crypto Withdraw terms

1. It is your responsibility to check the address you are providing for a crypto withdrawal. Provision of a wrong address or of an address on a different network, might result in funds loss.
2. There are fees involved in withdrawing, they are displayed in the withdrawal page.
